We pride ourselves on keeping to budgets. MJW Software Solutions offer customers either a fixed price for your software system / application or we can price for the work at a daily or hourly rate. The choice is yours.

If the choice is to have the fixed price option, you have our guarantee that the price stated will be the price you pay for the package with no hidden costs and no increases on the original quotes. The work will be produced as per the system specification, which is created at the beginning of the development process. If you want to choose a mixture of ‘fixed price’ and ‘by the hour/day price’ for different elements of the project that can be accommodated to meet your requirements.

For clients with on going hourly/daily rate development and support project work, we run a time sheet process, which will provide our customers with access to view progress and costs 24/7. The system can be setup to send email alerts when the project prices reach specified levels. Our aim is to provide our clients with full control over their development costs, yet still have flexibility.

Our approach to pricing considers a number of factors including; skills required, duration of project, size of project, technical risk and novelty.

Low Cost professional software, website and database development prices start from £250 a day. However as the length of your commitment and the size of the team you require increases, our rates decrease towards a potential minimum of £200 a day.

Support and consultancy costs for software, websites and database systems/applications can be arranged at an hourly or daily rate.
